How do I Book?

50% of the order total hire and order amount must be paid with booking in order to secure your booking, with the remainder and breakage deposit, (if applicable) to be paid by no later than 1 week before your delivery date.  

Do You Offer Refunds?

If your order is cancelled within 30 days or more of your delivery date, you will be refunded in full.

If your order is cancelled within 30 days or more of your delivery date, you will be refunded in full.  If your order is cancelled within 14 days of your delivery date, you will be refunded 50% of the order amount.  If your order is cancelled less than 7 days prior to your delivery date, you will be charged the whole order amount. 

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements or allergies well in advance and we will cater accordingly.

Similarly we are able to cater for vegan/vegetarian/halal/gluten free etc - just ask!  We are also able to separate the meat and vegetarian sections when packing your afternoon tea - please just let us know well in advance of your delivery.  

What if the China / Crockery is Accidently Damaged or Broken?

We will charge you a breakage deposit for the china, which is usually between £20-£100, depending on the hire amount.

We will charge you a breakage deposit for the china, which is usually between £20-£100, depending on the hire amount.  This is returned to you once the china has been collected and checked.  If one of the items has been accidentally damaged or broken, we will deduct the appropriate amount from the deposit.  

What if the China is Delivered Damaged?

We take great care when packing our china with bubble wrap.

Do you do the washing up?

Yes! We are happy for you to carefully wash and pack the china for us in the boxes provided.

Yes!  We are happy for you to carefully wash and pack the china for us in the boxes provided.  However, we also offer a free wash up service.  We ask that you scrape any food off the china with a soft cloth or paper towel, and pack into the boxes provided. 

Please note that if you wish to wash the china before packing away, it is STRICTLY HANDWASH ONLY.  Our china IS NOT microwave or dishwasher safe.  

Where do you deliver to?

We are based in Eastcote, in Greater London (HA4). For orders within a 3 mile radius from here, we offer free delivery and collection of our afternoon tea boxes and china.

We are based in Eastcote, in Greater London (HA4). For orders within a 3 mile radius from here, we offer free delivery and collection of our afternoon tea boxes and china.  Anything outside of this area and within a 5 mile radius of HA4 will incur a charge of £20.00 for delivery and collection. 

Any delivery addresses outside of this area will be charged depending on the size of the order and the mileage from us.  Please contact us with your postcode and requirements and we would be happy to calculate this for you.  

Do you charge for setting up our tea party?

This is indeed a service we offer, and would depend on the size of your party.

This is indeed a service we offer, and would depend on the size of your party.  Our set up costs begin at £1.00 per person. 

Do you dispose of the leftover food after our tea party?

Unfortunately not. However, we will aim to limit food waste and will offer leftovers to local homeless organisations where possible.

Unfortunately not.  However, we will aim to limit food waste and will offer leftovers to local homeless organisations where possible.  We do offer a clean-up service after your tea party, where we will return within 4 hours of your party to clear up and pack the china away and take it with us. This is available at an extra charge and is handy for larger parties.   

Please note this service is only available for parties within a 5 mile radius of us.  Bin bags are to be disposed of by the client.  

Will you use images from our event on the Miss JCP website and social media?

Yes, we will, unless you explicitly ask us not to use images taken at your event.
